Humming Right Along…

Things are really humming this week at Worldwide Headquarters. For starters, the ceiling has been painted:

The first coats of paint are on the walls and painters are busy working on the trim.

Meanwhile, architect Don Vanderpool has designed a way cool feature wall that’s starting to come together.

Here he is setting up and drawing a curved which will play into the final design.

While Mark, our construction manager, is cutting wood panels for this aforementioned feature wall.

Guess who’s staining all gazillion of these boards this weekend? Hey! Anyone wanna have a wood staining party? Pizza and beer provided. Just LMK.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, we continue to reuse and recycle components from the previous tenant, including these:

Gotta wash them, then paint them…

Any guesses what they’re for?

Next week, the floor will be floated and all lights will be installed. (The latter is a great relief, as our garage has been a lighting warehouse, much to the detriment of space and my resulting sanity.)
